A 78cm steel plate that sits on the rim and turns the fire bowl into a hotplate. The middle runs hottest and the edge cooler, so you can sear in the centre and keep things warm at the outside without touching the fire.
It has four handles, so it lifts on and off while it's hot.
It's natural steel, so season it with oil before, during and after use, the same way you'd treat cast iron. Skip that and the first thing you cook will stick.
