Bars that take the weight.
Round and square grates from 40cm to 80cm. Natural steel bars are 5mm, stainless 4mm, and either will hold a loaded cast iron pan without bowing.
The four-handle versions lift on and off while they're hot, which you'll be glad of halfway through a cook. Match the diameter to your bowl, or to the tripod it's hanging from.
