Shipping policy

Nearly everything on this site is built to order. A few items are held in stock in the UK, and their product pages say so.

When you order something that's built to order, it goes to the workshop the same working day. It's built within 3 working days and then comes straight to your door. Items held in the UK ship within 5 working days. Either way, allow 10 to 15 working days from order to delivery.

Delivery's included in every price. Nothing gets added at checkout.

We deliver anywhere in the UK, and only in the UK.

The bigger items are heavy, some over 25kg, and the driver isn't obliged to carry them past your door, so have someone around to help move it.

If you're out, the carrier will attempt delivery and leave a card. If a parcel's refused or goes uncollected, we'll contact you to sort redelivery.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Weather, carriers and customs can add days.

The goods stay at our risk until they're delivered to you or to someone you've asked us to leave them with. If something arrives damaged, tell us within 3 days with photographs. Our Returns and Refunds policy has the detail.
