Cook King Montana 60cm Fire Bowl
The Montana stands on three legs with a log shelf underneath. The shelf keeps the evening's wood dry and within reach, and it shields the ground from the heat, which matters on a lawn or a deck.
It's made from 2mm raw steel, and the handles are welded on rather than bolted, like everything else in the range. It's unpainted. Raw steel will go rusty when it lives outside, so it'll go orange in the first few weeks and then settle into a dark brown that stays there. It looks better like this, and there's nothing on the surface to burn off into your food.
A 60cm bowl will seat four people comfortably. At 16.5kg it's heavy enough that you'll want to pick its spot and leave it there.
