The middle runs hottest and the edge cooler, so you can sear in the centre and keep things warm at the outside without touching the fire.

It has four handles, so it lifts on and off while it's hot.

It's natural steel, so season it with oil before, during and after use, the same way you'd treat cast iron. Skip that and the first thing you cook will stick.

Specification

Diameter: 82cm with 38cm hole

Weight: 11kg

Thickness grill plate: 3mm

Material: natural steel

Suitable for bowls: DALLAS.
